This house comprises, on the ground floor (access via 3 steps), an entrance hall, a first bedroom with dressing room (1 x 140cm bed, TV), a bathroom with shower and bath, a separate toilet, a lounge (access via 1 step) with wood-burning stove, a kitchen/living room, a linen room, a shower room/WC, a games room with table tennis and table football, a reception room with sound system and bar area (fridge/freezer, mini-oven) and an indoor heated swimming pool (4 x 8 m), accessible all year round. On the first floor of the house, there is a mezzanine sleeping area (sofa bed 140), 3 bedrooms, two of which have a 90cm bed bunkered with a 140cm bed and one with a 140cm bed, a shower room and a WC. Outside, you will find enclosed grounds planted with trees and featuring a trampoline and children's swing, two terraces (garden furniture, loungers, deckchairs and barbecue) and a petanque area accessible from the swimming pool and reception room. Tahiti, the family cat, will be with you during your stay, and is always on hand when the owners are away. Heating, end-of-stay cleaning and bed linen included. Optional: Towel hire: €5/person/stay.
