The accommodation is on the garden level (access by 5 steps) of a house dating from the 70s, located in a 400 m² property, right next to a campsite. The gîte comprises a living room/kitchen, a sitting room, a shower room, a WC and 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140) (2 beds 90). There is a private enclosed outdoor area of 100 m² with a terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue, and a communal enclosed car park (with bike storage) (shared entrance to the grounds). The owners' main residence is upstairs. Baby equipment available free of charge on request (cot, high chair, bath).
