Adjoining the owners’ home and situated on a cereal farm, this cottage welcomes you to the heart of the Marais Poitevin. On the ground floor, the cottage comprises a living area with an open-plan lounge/dining room/kitchen, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms (1 x 160 cm bed) (2 x 90 cm beds that can be joined together) and a shower room. The gîte has Wi-Fi. Outside, enjoy a private terrace with an awning, garden furniture, a barbecue and sun loungers. You’ll also have access to a large one-hectare plot, shared with the owners, situated at the rear of the gîte. To enhance your stay, an indoor swimming pool (5 x 11 m), open from June to September, is at your disposal. You can also make use of a games room equipped with table football and a table tennis table, as well as a fishing pond located 350 metres away. Please note: the holiday cottage is situated 50 metres from the RD137. Rental from Friday to Friday. Bed linen provided.
